Shipping Policy

Prof. Gurdeep Arora offers shipping services for physical products (Printed Reports, Energized Items, etc.) both within India and internationally. We are committed to ensuring safe and timely delivery of your orders through reliable courier partners.

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. We deliver through safe and fast courier services including but not limited to DTDC, Blue Dart, and other reputed courier companies. For remote or rural areas where courier companies have limited service, we use Indian Postal Service to ensure your order reaches you.

All our shipments are insured. The insurance cost is included in our shipping cost, and you do not need to pay anything extra.

International shipping (outside India) is charged as applicable based on the destination country and weight of the package. All international shipments are sent through reliable courier service providers including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other international carriers.

We currently offer delivery to over 150 countries worldwide.

The time required to prepare your order for dispatch depends on the nature of the product:

• Printed Astrological Reports: Typically require 3-5 business days for preparation and quality check before dispatch.
• Energized Items: May require 3-5 days for proper energization rituals and preparation before dispatch.

Please Note: The timelines mentioned above may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping delays, customs processing, festivals, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances. We do not guarantee the specified timelines in such cases and will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders as promptly as possible.

Within India:

• Metro Cities: Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 days from the date of dispatch.
• Other Regions: Delivery may take 4 to 7 days from the date of dispatch.
• Remote/Rural Areas: Delivery may take 7 to 10 days from the date of dispatch.

International Orders:

• International orders are generally delivered within 30 to 40 days from the date of dispatch by our shipping partners.

Please Note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on factors such as location, customs clearance, courier availability, and other circumstances beyond our control.

If you are shipping an item valued over ₹10,000 INR for return or exchange, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee and/or assure the safety and timely delivery of any return shipped by you.

Important: Please be advised that we are not responsible for any custom charges, duties, VAT, GST, or other taxes that your country may impose. These charges vary on a case-by-case basis and are beyond our control.

We advise you to contact your local customs authorities for any clarification regarding customs duties and taxes applicable in your country.

Refused or Cancelled Shipments: For international orders, if the shipment is either refused by the customer or cancelled after dispatch, the customer will be responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and other charges imposed by their country for the return of the items to us. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the returned items. Any balance due to the customer will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy, less any fees, customs duties, VAT, and other charges incurred for the return process.

In the event that a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or any other reason attributable to the customer, the following will apply:

• Domestic Orders: We will attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges, if any, will be borne by the customer.
• International Orders: If the shipment is returned to us, we will process a refund as per our refund policy, less any shipping charges, customs duties, and return fees incurred.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order placement.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at our support email addresses. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.

For Damaged Items: Please provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery to expedite the claim process.

We are not liable for any delay or non-performance of our shipping obligations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil disturbance, pandemics, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, strikes, or courier service disruptions.
